Matthew Burke and Merrily Lunsford — Cape Cod Times <br /> Request for Personal Kennel License <br /> Brendan Lopes and Tiffany Mendes <br /> 225 Ashumet Road <br /> Request a Kennel License with 6 Dogs <br /> Continued from April 20 <br /> -20gg <br /> Tiffany Mendes and Brendan Lopes arrived 9:1 a.rn at the close of the meeting. <br /> Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. announcing that vire received a request <br /> from Applicants' attorney, Mark Boudreau, to continue this T earing. <br /> Motion: Torn Fudala motioned to continue the Hearing until 9 a,m., Thursday, May 28, 2009; <br /> Ronnie Warden seconded this motion; and it was unanimously passel. <br /> Charlie Maintanis announced that this Hearing is continued until 9 a.m., Thursday, May 28, 2009, and <br /> this serves as Notice to mutters. <br /> Joyce Mason addressed the Committee and asked if we could see Applicants} proposed plans well in <br /> advance so everyone has time to review thein. Also, what is being done about violation in the current <br /> location? Torn Fudala said we should specify that plans should be submitted at least 6 days in <br /> advance of the meeting; otherwise meeting would be continued. Chief ulcer objected to another <br /> continuance. He said if Applicants don't have a permit, why apply for use in a building that can't be <br /> occupied* Tori Fudala said you don't have to have an occupancy permit to get a kennel license. <br /> Chief Baker said we work with applicants in good faith and give a 30-day continuance; then another <br /> 30 days; then another 30 days. He explained this can't continue because it is so disruptive to work <br /> schedules and is frustrating. He has to rush from this -minute meeting to keep another appointment. <br /> Chief Baker said if they are not ready to move on May 28th, they can withdraw their'application and <br /> then gp forward when they are ready to go forward. <br />
