I <br /> ashpee Planning and Construction Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Tuesday,December 4,2007 <br /> Meeting Roam I + <br /> Committee Members Present: Steve Cook, Eugene Snxargon, .doe Brait,Kevin Shackett, and Tricia. <br /> Parolski -Officio Member). <br /> Absent: Irving Goldberg, Sheldon Gilbert, and Janice Mills. <br /> Also Present; Catherine Laurent, DPW <br /> Helene DeFoe, Library Director <br /> Joyce Mason,Town Manager <br /> Rick Pomroy,Pomroy Associates <br /> Audience: Peter ate--Vice President,Friends of the Mashpee Library <br /> Nancy Soderberg–Lack-up Liaison,Library Trustees <br /> Char nan Steve Cook called the meeting to order at 7;07 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Gene Smargon motioned to accept the minutes of the Meeting of October 16,2007;Kevin Shackett <br /> seconded the motion; and the motion was passed,with Tricia Parolski abstaining. <br /> Fire Substation#2 <br /> Rick Pomroy addressed the Committee and provided a status update report on the Fire Substation#2 <br /> .project. A copy of this report is attached to the printed set of these emotes.
