Steve therefore asked that the Friends,Trustees, and this Cottee have all <br /> communications on this project go through hires, <br /> Site Sure ry...Catherine Laurent reported that one of the obligations is that we provide a site survey to the <br /> architect. She-said-they are having this-survey die by the-outfit that does all-the site work for Mashpee <br /> Commons. <br /> RFP for LqmRmw libr Location.., <br /> Going out to bid for the building. <br /> • Because of work on adjacent property, we're trying to,coordinate with Mashpee Commons and <br /> perhaps roving relocation to Spring so site work can be completed to give contractor dear site. <br /> This will save about one month in our schedule. <br /> 0 Costs, etc. have been discussed with Mahpee Commons to see if Mashpee Commons' contractor <br /> could do some of the work to save costs. However,Town Counsel says we,can't do that due to <br /> State procedures,-etc.-so we've asked Mashpee C. s-whether or not they,be wiling to,de <br /> it. He also said that there were <br /> some changes made in contractors/civil eng eers-, etc. since their original-recommendations had been <br /> made 3-years ago. Stewart RiDberts then-displayed and-explained the proposed schedule outer he <br /> worked up. 1n going through the.estimated schedule, Stewart Roberts' guess.is that the project would be <br /> completed by early January-20 10. A copy of that proposed schedule is attached to the printed set of these <br /> mutes. In addition, Stewart displayed the site plan provided by Mashpee Conunons because he said it <br /> was best layout; and he showed the external site plan of the library building and explained that in view'of <br /> the post office construction on the adjacent site,we may want to move the library 5 feet and that would <br /> not be a problem.
