<br /> 1. Fire Station No.
<br /> o Current Progress – The contractor continues to make excellent progress. Over the next month we
<br /> expect to see all siding and roofing complete at which point the majority of work will be concentrated
<br /> on the inside of the building. The mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical rough-in work
<br /> will be completed during the month and we would expect to see insulation and drywall up by the end
<br /> of the month. The site work is currently being wrapped up and we are looking for pavement binder
<br /> down by raid month. The finish coat of pavement will not be completed until the end of'the project.
<br /> o Project Schedule–The contractor is on schedule and we would expect to see the project 100% by the
<br /> end of August 2008.
<br /> o Quality of work ,The quality of work on site remains excellent. The General Contractor maintains
<br /> full time site supervision and Ilashpe's on-site Clerk continues to be on site for approximately 20
<br /> hours per geek.
<br /> o Water Ling —The water line on lied gook has been completed and flushing/testing has been
<br /> completed. A final inspection is currently being performed and we expect for the contract to be l00%
<br /> complete by the end of this month. The Fire Station contractor expects to be connecting up to the new
<br /> service line tested and inspected with the next week.
<br /> o Electronics and IT–Mashpee has finalized the equipment order and David l elvecchio will be taking
<br /> care:of the computer and telephone reeds.
<br /> o Project Changes – Please see the attached PCO/Change Order Log. Change Order #2 has been
<br /> approved during the month of May 2008.
<br /> o Project Budget–Please see the attached Development Budget
<br /> o Open Issues at This Time–The landscaping design and vehicle exhaust recover system design have
<br /> been completed and Mashpee will be conducting quotation solicitation and bidding respectively for
<br /> both items very shortly. The Landscaping will be completed post project completion and in the fall of
<br /> 2008 and the vehicle exhaust recovery system installation will be completed post construction as well.
