<br /> o Current Progress — we are currently in the Construction Document.ent stage and the documents are
<br /> approximately 75% to % complete. The second and final estimate of the construction costs is
<br /> currently being performed and we expect to have the results by the end ofthis week. The team will
<br /> review the results and be prepared to present the final estimate on 7/23!08. Also, the team is currently
<br /> performing Quality Control reviews of the documents and .SSR is looking for all comments back by the
<br /> end of this week.-Over the last month the team has met to review interior' details, discuss finishes,
<br /> review security and IT elements and discuss the landscaping for the project. Also, it was decided in
<br /> June that the facility design would follow the 6th edition of the state building code rather than the.new
<br /> 7 edition. The obvious impact of this decision resulted in. less space within the building as an
<br /> additional egress stair from the second floor was required.
<br /> o Project Schedule—The project schedulerhas been pushed back a few weeks we expect that the project
<br /> bidding will begin in late July/early August and be complete in mid September. If all goes well we
<br /> should still expect to see a contractor on-site in the first weeks of October 2008.
<br /> o Project. Budget — There has been no change in the development budget during the month of June
<br /> 2008.
<br /> o Project Appr val —The project plans have not been submitted to the Board of Selectmen, this must
<br /> be completed soon.
<br /> o Open issues — The 'Team has been working with I1 atshpee Commons in efforts to receive
<br /> Architectural, Site Plan and Landscaping approval as required in the deed. JSR submitted answers to
<br /> all of the questions on June 19`x'. we are currently waiting for feedback from MCLP. Please see the
<br /> attached Mashpee Co=ons-Design Review Action Log for more information. GGD has 'made
<br /> design submission to the Cape Light Compact and they are currently reviewing the package. .
