Public Llbr- r <br /> o Current Progress — We are currently in the Construction Document stage and the documents are <br /> approximately 90%.to 95% complete. The second and final estimate of the construction costs was <br /> presented to the sub-cominittee on 7/23/08. See the Development Budget Report for the results and <br /> current status. The Quality Control review will begin on 8/6/08 and results will be reported to JSR by <br /> 8/13/08. The actual bid start date will be depending upon the results of this-review. PA would expect <br /> that Documents could be ready for distribution on 8/22/08. The Add Alternates will be Cupola, 'trellis <br /> and Limestone upgrades. <br /> o Project Schedule — The project schedule looks like a hid start date of 8/22, with bidding ending on <br /> 10 . Given this schedule we would expect to see a contractor on site no latter than the first week in <br /> November. <br /> o Project Budget — The % e donate has been completed and the budget remains in line. we are <br /> currently rnaintaini g a 7.6% Contingency without Furnishings and without the additional State Grant <br /> funds. <br /> o Project Approvals—The project plans have been submitted to the Board of Selectmen and the project <br /> has been approved to proceed with bidding when ready. <br /> o Ma hpee Commons—All coordination items have been resolved with MCPL.Final coordination with <br /> the site plans will occur shortly and easements need to be finalized. The location of the electrical <br /> transformer is still up in the air but will be resolved shortly.
