Total Estimated Hours 274 hours <br /> I feel that it is important for you and Steve to understand that my contract was negotiated to a much reduced <br /> scope and that the majority (more than 18's) of our services were to be in the front end of the project and not <br /> during construction and close-out. Also, during construction the Cow would handle the majority of the <br /> Construction Administration services. I would be willing to bet that the estimates above are light compared to what <br /> was truly provided and i am willing to absorb all of this because I feel that it is a lesson learned for me.
