February 09 Activities — Sub-committee meetings were held and 2/19. Material submittal's continue, <br /> footing and foundation wall installation, foundation wall damp proofing, interior/exterior backfill operations, <br /> structural steel coordination meeting and the site sign has been approved. <br /> . Projected March 09 Activities — Sub-committee meetings to be held on and 3/19. Completion of the <br /> foundation installation and backfilling. Structural steel is scheduled for delivery beginning March 2"' and <br /> erection will begin immediately. Also in th'c month of March we expect to have all exterior color samples <br /> approved and possible sample panels constructed. <br /> . Construction Schedule—ne contractor is currently on schedule,no issues to report. <br /> . Furniture Resign—JSP, completed its first furnishings meeting with the Sub-committee meeting on 2/19/09. <br /> It was agreed that future meetings would be limited to meetings with Helene,Catherine and Sheldon only. <br /> . MCLP Coordination — Coordination continues with 11 LP in the areas of; exterior colors, a cipnts, <br /> sidewalk light poles,electrical primary and eurbin . } <br /> . LEED —A LEER update meeting was held on 2/19/09 with the sub-committee. A review of the action plan <br /> took place and JSR reported on current status. The total obtained/pursuing points have increased to 39 with an <br /> additional 5 in the maybe column.This could put us in the Gold category. <br /> 7. WLCP—Monthly reports are being submitted timely and no issues to report. <br /> . Project Changes— <br /> a. Project Change #1 — Electrical Primary - '$23,588.00 % to be paid by MCLP, discussion on <br /> recommended additional contingency of$2,000.00) v . <br /> b. Project Change#2—Structural Steel-$11,904.00 . <br /> .
