April 09 Activities— Sub-committee meetings were held on , 4/16 and 4130. Material submittals continue,, <br /> the buildings underground electrical and plumbing was completed and all 3 levels ofconcrete slabs were <br /> poured. The exterior wall studs, fire protection lines and HVAC water lines were started during the month and <br /> the street connections were made for sewer, water and electricity. Also, the interior steel stairs were installed <br /> during the month and the site electrical primaries and secondaries were run. The exterior wall masonry grout <br /> and shingle colors-were selected and JSR and several committee members toured a istinfacilities to view <br /> furniture samples. <br /> 2. Projected May 09 Activities — Sub-committee meetings t -be held n 511 and-15/28. The exterior- wall . <br /> construction and blocking will continue. we expect to see exterior sheathing up during.the month as well. The =. <br /> plumbing, HVAC and electrical roughs will continue ori the inside ofthe buil n `..'W acrd� oo in .f r,,all <br /> g g <br /> underground site utilities to be completed by the end of the month. <br /> 3. Construction Schedule--The contractor is currently on schedule, no issues to report. <br /> . LEED — Received updates from JSR at the 4/16 meeting. PA is documenting all on site LEED items and <br /> forwarding to JSR. All design related imports will be 100% by 5/13/09 and update will be provided to the <br /> Sub-Comm on 5/14/03. The PV rebate application has been submitted by Brite Light as of5/1/09. <br /> . MLP Coordination — With the completion ofthe utility connections in Steeple Street our coordination <br /> aspects with 11 CLP look to be, for the most part, complete. Areas of potential concern would be MCLP's <br /> responsibilities as they relate to the curbing along Steeple Street and the Library entrance drive, 1CLP's <br /> grading along the property lire and MCLP's responsibilities for site improvements adjacent to and around the <br /> new transformer. <br /> . M LP Invoice — PA has forwarded information to Joyce Mason so that Masbpee can submit an invoice to <br /> Mashpee Commons for % of the cost of the electrical primary infrastructure. Total invoice is for $11,794.00 <br /> and should be credited to our Contingency Line helm once received. <br /> 7.
