November 09 Activities—A Sub-committee meeting was held on 11/24. Construction meetings were held-on <br /> 11/12 and 11/24. An F&E meeting was held on 11/24 in which final fabric selections were made and a <br /> building tour was conducted on 11/20 for the Selectmen,members of the Finance Committee and others. <br /> Progress for the month consisted of; EXTERIOR - Curbing, finish pavement and line stripping, loam and <br /> landscaping, all exterior sidewalk were installed, the front ornamental site lights were installed, permanent <br /> power was completed and activated, the heating system was fired up and is providing heat to the building, the <br /> exterior painting is proceeding when weather alloys and the ornamental brackets and entry columns were <br /> installed. IITI1 — The interior finishes are under way, painting, floor the and ceiling the primarily. The <br /> millwork and interior doors also began during the month. Light fixtures are being hung and the plumbing <br /> fixtures are under way. <br /> . Projected December 09 Activities —A Sub-committee meetings are scheduled for 12/10 and 12/24. During <br /> the month of December ber we expect that interior work will proceed and primarily consist of painting, ceilings, <br /> millwork and Mooring. The electrical, plumbing and HVAC contractors will also be installing their respective <br /> finish systems. Also curing the month we expect testing and adjusting of the systems to tale plane. <br /> . Construction Schedule—N o issues to report. Substantial Completion is expected by January 8, 2 0 10 and full <br /> building construction turnover by'February 1,2010. <br /> . Project Changes—Presentation of CO#5. See attached PCO/CO report.Discussion on new and open P G's. <br /> 5. Book Management System - Conversion station has been delivered to Helene in mid November. The <br /> conversion tags are expected to arrive today and the library staff can begin recording the library documents <br /> (books, media, etc) into the system and installing the document tags. All other operational components will be <br /> shipped to the temp Library no later than January . <br /> 6. LEED — Ws will male a full presentation to the Sub-Comm on 12/10. USGC has accepted our appeal <br /> points and the website now shows 29 points as accepted. we have 9 construction documentation points <br /> pending once the work is complete and deferred points in Innovation in Design which will be firmed up <br /> shortly. we currently looking points. Gold threshold is 9 . <br /> . 1LP Coordination—All coordination is complete with ILP. <br /> . Library Phone System — System has been ordered.
