Walkthrough w/Committee—Review location of dedication plaque. <br /> 2. February 2010 Activities— Sub-committee meetings were held on 2/4 and 2/18. Construction meetings were <br /> held on 2/41., 2/18 and 2/25. Punch list inspections were completed on 2/4 and 2/24. A signage meeting was <br /> held with the Sub-comm on 2/9 and the PV system was activated on'2/12. <br /> Progress for the month consisted of; INTERIOR —Buffiree concentrated on completion of all of the interior <br /> millwork and painting. The millwork level of detail slowed down the progress,but the wait was worth it. They <br /> also completed the punch list corrections generated from the 2/4 inspections. The Owner's furnishings were <br /> delivered and installed during the month. <br /> 3. Projected March 10 Activities— Sub-committee meetings should be scheduled for 3/4 and 3/18. During the <br /> month of March we expect that all interior punch list items will be completed by Buffiree. We will also be <br /> looking for the exterior items to start to be completed weather permitting. The last furniture delivery is <br /> scheduled for 3/_8 and we expect the LEER flush-out operation to begin on March 0. Also during the month <br /> the owner's equipment will be installed in the building. See the attached Action Log for a better description of <br /> the remaining items. <br /> 4. Construction Schedule — The Certificate of Occupancy was issued by the Building Department on 2/5/10. <br /> Bufftree should be complete with the mai ority of punch 11'st items by the end of this week. Some thm* gs will <br /> linger into the first week or two M* March, but not major items. We would expect that Mashpee will take full <br /> ownership of the building at the CDd of this week. <br /> 5. Owner System Training—HVAC and automatic temperature controls 2/4 and 2/24, Fire Alarm and Lighting <br /> Controls 2/1 O, IT 2/24. All training now complete and documented. All training has been video tapped and <br /> CD's will be provided to Catherine for future reference. <br /> 6. Turn-Over Documentation —PA is collecting and assembling the documentation as it comes available from <br /> Buffiree and Johnson-Roberts.. .The file cabinets which include the material submittals for the project have <br /> been tamed over to Catherine. The extra materials required by contract have also been inventoried and turned <br /> over. The as-built documentation is being assembled and we are still waiting for warrantee documents and a <br /> few lingering other items. All-in-all we would say that we are in excellent shape and expect to have everything <br /> wrapped up within the next month.FYI,we are holding funds from the contractors until we have everything. <br /> 7. Project Changes—Presentation of CO 47. Discussion on new and open PCO's. All remaining PCO's will be <br /> held for last CO 48. <br /> 8. Book Management System — 311 is scheduled to install its self check unit on March 15th.
