Bufftree gill discuss the next steps with both World Wide and DDS. 0 6/8/10, :ooarn—Bufftree reports that the de-ionization units will be installed in the building on the night of 6/8/10 and will be allowed to run all night in the building. PA, Bufftre and Worldwide will meet at Tarn on 6/9/10 to shut down the units and access the building. De- ionization units are ozone generating units which convert 02 to oB for a short period of time. When in the oB state the 03 bonds with all carbon molecules(the smell).The 03 then dissipates and so with it the carbon molecules. Worldwide is installing (1) large unit and (4) small units which will cover the entire building. The HVAC system will be run on circulation mode during this process with no exterior air introduced into the building and no exhaust air emitted from the building. • 10, 7: oam—PA, Bufftree, Brad Tripp, and Worldwide met onsite to shut down the de- ionization units. The HVAC system was returned to normal operating rode which is 100%fresh air introduced and 100%exhaust air expelled.This gage B hours of air' it ulati n before opening for business at Loam. world wide has explained that the units should not be running a minimum of 2 hours before the building is opened for business. Bufftree will return to the building tomorrow morning to re-assess and discuss with Ma hpee if further action is needed.
