In reviewing and discussing the <br /> invoices,Catherine informed the Committee that the Town rade the decision that DDS should have <br /> access to the program so they could access remotely and the invoice submitted for$1202 was to cover <br /> that expense. <br /> 560.00- Richard Hawryluk <br /> 1,722.96—Cashions&Assoc. <br /> 1,202.00—DIES Industries <br /> • 352.00—Door Concepts <br /> + <br /> 19255.00—Direct Network <br /> 5,395-00- Worden <br /> 924.00- Tucker Library <br /> Motion: Sheldon Gilbert motioned that the 7 invoice presented be accepted for payment,.Janice <br /> Mills seconded this motion, <br /> Roll-Call vote was taken and all voted `eyes". The motion was unanimously passed. <br /> 2 Items Requested School <br /> Janice hills addressed the Committee and said that Ann asked her to mention 2 items requested at the <br /> schoo <br /> 1. At the High School here are 2 small classrooms that have been used a "behavioral rooms". If <br /> possible they'd file to arae a door between the 2 rooms. Catherine said she has meeting <br /> scheduled for the 1 2''to meet with Ann Bradshaw and the principal. ` <br /> . Quashnet School would like an opening or Moor between guidance and the nurse's office. <br /> Janice said the school budget can pay for these items. Catherine said she will take a took at the scbedule <br /> and that a door is probably around$1,000 but it would depend on what they find there. <br /> Route 151...Gene Smargon questioned what's goig to be done about the road. Catherine said National <br /> Grid has the responsibility to repair it and Town has-asked them to do it. Steve Cook suggested if they <br /> take longer to act on it that it be referred to Town Counsel,pat Costello, Gene Smargon suggested Joyce <br /> Mason be asked to make contact with National Grid also. <br /> A0joumment.,..Sheldon Gilbert motioned the meeting be adjourned; Irving Goldberg seconded the <br /> motion. <br /> Roll-Call vote was taken and all voted "Yes"..
