Joe Brait seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Old Business <br /> Library Project; Irving Goldberg inquired s to progress by Pomroy Associates in <br /> getting BufFtree to address their warranty issues, such as nail pops in the sheetroc� , etc. <br /> Catherine Laurent stated that she is still trying to get the contractor back to address the <br /> problems, and reminded the Committee that although Bufftree has gone out of business, <br /> warranties held by subcontractors will not be affected by Buffkree's closure. <br /> New Business <br /> 1. capital Needs Assessment-capital Improvement Plan <br /> Catherine Laurent distributed to the Committee copies of a Capital Budget Plan for F <br /> 2012, identifying 26 priority capital projects, including a proposed schedule running out <br /> to FY 2017. Projects labeled Pe-1 through 7 would be the priorities for FY 2012. The <br /> projects included in the plan were largely drawn from a comprehensive building <br /> assessment study conducted by the Pomroy Associates consulting firm. <br /> Joyce Mason stated that she will be taking the list to the Mashpee Capital Improvement <br /> Project Committee for further review and consideration as to how best to finance the 2 <br /> projects. Mils. Mason started that the project schedule will depend on how the projects <br /> ] <br /> will be funded whether by single large debt exclusion or more incrementally through the <br /> town's regular capital program. Ms. Mason stated that the Town will probably be looking <br /> at a capital repair bond issuance to cover much of the costs. <br /> 1 <br />
