Construction Protocol Plan <br /> Tern of Mashp —Borrego Solar Projects <br /> February 11, 2011 - <br /> General Conditions <br /> 1. Construction is expected to begin mid to late June 2011, after design -of the systems <br /> is completed and permits have been issued. <br /> 2. A pre-construction meeting with Borrego, their subcontractors, and the Town shall <br /> be held prior to start of any construction. <br /> . In addition to Borrego employees, there shall be a roofing subcontractor and an <br /> electrical subcontractor on each project. <br /> . Construction shall tale place Monday— Friday, from 7 am —4 prn. Work may also <br /> occur on Saturdays. Advance notice shall be given to the Town of any Saturday <br /> construction. <br /> S. Borrego shall provide containers at each property for collection of trash and <br /> cardboard, unless ars exception is allowed by the Town for the smaller projects. All <br /> construction debris shall be cleaned up from the properties at the end of each work <br /> day. <br /> . Borrego shall provide a portable toilet at each property. <br /> . Materials and equipment may be stored at each property in the'stagingarea(s) <br /> identified on the attached plans, except as conditioned bldg. Borrego shall be <br /> responsible for securing the staging areas and/or all materials. <br /> . Borrego shall provide appropriate construction fencing or th rbarrier tprotect <br /> pedestrians and others using the properties during construction. The work site shall <br /> be clearly identified and secured during work hours. <br /> . Construction shall be completed by Spt mb r2, 2011, barring ars unavoidable <br /> delay. Any construction required after this'date shall be subject to approval of <br /> work schedule by the Town, particularly at the High/Middle School. The Town shall <br /> not unreasonably restrict the schedule. <br /> 10. Commissioning/interconnection of the systems shall occur by October 1, 2011. <br /> I-Iligh/Middle School Conditions <br /> 11. Construction shall not begin until after school has ended for the year. At this time, <br /> the last day of school is scheduled for June 23, 2011. The school year may b <br /> extended due to additional snow days. <br /> 12. Construction shall not be scheduled for July 1, 2011 due to the Mashpee Community <br /> Picric and Fireworks s held on the property (rain date f July 2"d . Any deliveries of <br /> materials and/or equipment prior to this date shall be coordinated with the Town to <br /> avoid conflicts with this event. - <br /> 13. Construction shall not be scheduled for the�i f July 1 — 1 , 2011 due to the <br /> Massachusetts Superintendents Conference. Any deliveries of materials and/or <br /> equipment prior to this date shall be coordinated with the Town to avoid conflicts <br /> with this event. <br /> 1 . Access into the building shall be limited to the electrical room. <br />
