Construction Protocol Plan Tern of Mashp —Borrego Solar Projects February 11, 2011 - General Conditions 1. Construction is expected to begin mid to late June 2011, after design -of the systems is completed and permits have been issued. 2. A pre-construction meeting with Borrego, their subcontractors, and the Town shall be held prior to start of any construction. . In addition to Borrego employees, there shall be a roofing subcontractor and an electrical subcontractor on each project. . Construction shall tale place Monday— Friday, from 7 am —4 prn. Work may also occur on Saturdays. Advance notice shall be given to the Town of any Saturday construction. S. Borrego shall provide containers at each property for collection of trash and cardboard, unless ars exception is allowed by the Town for the smaller projects. All construction debris shall be cleaned up from the properties at the end of each work day. . Borrego shall provide a portable toilet at each property. . Materials and equipment may be stored at each property in the'stagingarea(s) identified on the attached plans, except as conditioned bldg. Borrego shall be responsible for securing the staging areas and/or all materials. . Borrego shall provide appropriate construction fencing or th rbarrier tprotect pedestrians and others using the properties during construction. The work site shall be clearly identified and secured during work hours. . Construction shall be completed by Spt mb r2, 2011, barring ars unavoidable delay. Any construction required after this'date shall be subject to approval of work schedule by the Town, particularly at the High/Middle School. The Town shall not unreasonably restrict the schedule. 10. Commissioning/interconnection of the systems shall occur by October 1, 2011. I-Iligh/Middle School Conditions 11. Construction shall not begin until after school has ended for the year. At this time, the last day of school is scheduled for June 23, 2011. The school year may b extended due to additional snow days. 12. Construction shall not be scheduled for July 1, 2011 due to the Mashpee Community Picric and Fireworks s held on the property (rain date f July 2"d . Any deliveries of materials and/or equipment prior to this date shall be coordinated with the Town to avoid conflicts with this event. - 13. Construction shall not be scheduled for the�i f July 1 — 1 , 2011 due to the Massachusetts Superintendents Conference.
