Approval of Minutes Joe gait motioned to accept the minutes of the Meeting of November 1,2011 as written;Irving Goldberg seconded the motion. Note: 3 Yes. • Steve Cook,yes. Irving Goldberg,yes. Old Business UAW on Solar Roof Lrojects Catherine Laurent reported all solar installations were completed and just waiting for paperwork.from NStar for the Senior Center and DPW to make sure the generation is credits to the account. Vpdate o „Roof,I'ro ct Catherine said project %complete, Catherine submitted Change Orders#4 and#5 for PCC approval. copy of the final ebange order log provided by Catherine is attached to the printed set of these minutes. Change order#4 in.the amount of$3,363 covers M' stalling new gas piping at Coombs School ($600)and leakage repair work at Quashnet School($2,763). Change Order#5 in the amount o $3,800 covers repairing failed lightning protection at the High School, Motion: Joe gait motioned to'accept Change orders##4 and#5 in the' total amount o $71,163; Irving Goldberg seconded this motion. Vote: 3 Yes. Steve Cook,yes. Irving Goldberg,yes. Joe Bran,yes. The following invoices were submitted for approval for payment. Catherine said she will hold the approved invoices until approved by Board of Selectmen. 4,35 1.70—Pomroy Associates 83,709.00—Corolla Contracting invoices) Motion: Irving Goldberg motioned that the 6 invoices totaling$88,060.70 be accepted for payment; Joe gait seconded this motion; and the motion was unanimously passed.
