Dr. DeMoura r,-com-mended <br /> ,f this suggestion be approved. <br /> y Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Ms. Gibbs, to <br /> approve the Superintendent' s recommendation. <br /> � T <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8 . 3 Falmouth High School Tuitioning, 1991-1992 School <br /> 101epary <br /> - Year - Department of Education - This is a early <br /> 1-1 <br /> 16, formality whereby the School Committee grants <br /> permission to tuition our high school students to <br /> Falmouth High School. <br /> ' Motion made by Mrs. Dunivan, seconded by Mrs. Mills, <br /> to grant permission to tuition our high school <br /> ".` students to Falmouth High School. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> �i <br /> Sub- <br /> 9 .1 Cape Cod Collaborative - Dr. Petti reported that a <br /> `$''Committee meeting will be held on June 6 but she will be unable <br /> .-' Reports to attend. <br /> w � <br /> 9. 2 Community School - Ms. Gibbs reiterated the "Memorandum <br /> of Agreement" and "By-Laws" issue; members of the <br /> Community School Committee would be attending the July <br /> s° School Committee meeting, and if matters are not <br /> resolved by the Selectmen, the Chairman of the <br /> Executive Council would appoint a sub-committee by <br /> October 1 to attempt to clear up the problems; a motion <br /> was made by the Community School Board to maintain the <br /> current Board members until these issues are <br /> resolved. Dean Driscoll, Leisure Services Director, <br /> asked if the "old By-Laws" are still in effect or <br /> should the Executive Council wait to act on certain <br /> issues until the "proposed By-Laws" are acted upon. <br /> ' 9. 3 School Building Committee - Dr. Petti said that there <br /> ` has been no meeting recently but one is scheduled for <br /> June 13 . <br /> =E 9. 4 Legislation - Mrs. Mills suggested keeping an eye on <br /> the Boston School Committee issue regarding whether the <br /> # ^' Legislature would give the Mayor of Boston permission <br /> to appoint School Committee members or would they be <br /> elected. <br /> t <br /> 9 . 5 Negotiations - Nothing to report. <br /> .0 <br /> 7A, <br /> } <br />
