At this point, •;� <br /> Mrs. Dunivan asked "what users' fees?" Discussion �;�.. .. <br /> then ensued regarding the users' fees issue where <br /> motion ws made by Mr. Clyi that if the fees <br /> were not ultimately needed, they would be : .- <br /> returned. This motion was not seconded. More {discussion followed where Ms . Gibbs suggested <br /> + <br /> reviewing the issue in January and if users ' fees <br /> should be needed at that point, then charge <br /> accordingly. The 1991-1992 school year will begin .'�� <br /> with no users' fees and monies will somehow be <br /> found in the budget to coven needed expenses. Dr. "r <br /> DeMoura noted that approximately $12 ,000 is needed <br /> to cover intramural.s for the year. At this point, <br /> Mr . Consalvi rescinded his previous motion. r. <br /> r <br /> Discussion then followed on whether or not to +: <br /> charge users' fees at all. After much discussion, <br /> motion was made by Mrs . Mills to have the School <br /> Department fund all Athletics, Intrwnurals, and <br /> Activities fog the first cycle which ends <br /> in December. Motion was seconded by <br /> approximately t,._ <br /> Mrs. Dun i v an. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> A motion was rade by Mr. Consalvi , seconded by Ms. <br /> Gibbs, to post all of the above positions . <br /> VOTE: . Unanimous ' <br /> .2 Bind et - Dr. DeMoura discussed the current status <br /> of the budget printout dated August 1, 1991, He <br /> also mentioned that the Project C. . . . . . grant <br /> - has been approved for $22 ,500 for the 1991-1992 <br /> school year. As a result of needing an additional =* <br /> kindergarten section, it will be necessary to <br /> zero out line item 571 (Preschool teacher <br /> salary) and transfer to lime iter 569 Kindergarten - W . <br /> � <br /> teachers salaries) $13 , 247 to cover the ' rfoe <br /> kindergarten teacher' s salary. - ;ft <br /> ki, <br /> i <br /> -F' <br />
