The issue of appropriate funding was raised <br /> by an unidentified parent, i.e f would the same <br /> «:.. . .,., <br /> quality of programs be offered that are offered <br /> row? Dr, DeMoura said that this is not a `budget <br /> issue' but that it' s an "educational issue.
