Dr. DeMoura recomme d d to the <br /> Committee to try this approach under the new <br /> operating system and new set of by-laws . This new ;... <br /> system would give the Advisory Council - policy- <br /> making <br /> ouncil • policy-making ut o i ty. This Coun i l would be comprised :n <br /> of six individuals --- 1 school Committee member, 1 <br /> t selectman, 4 community individuals 2 appointed by <br /> the school Committee and 2 appointed by the Board <br /> of Selectmen) . Dr. Petti wants the school <br /> r <br /> Committee to take back the Community school and �{ <br /> start programs in January. Mrs. Dunivan stated if <br /> the school Committee did take it back, someone <br /> would have to be hired. Dr, DeMoura said the new <br /> by-laws are "workable" and we should give it a <br /> -- try.
