57 <br /> -MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE - REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER , 1992-PAGE 2 <br /> P. <br /> regarding processing a 4 0 3. for aschool employee . <br /> Dr; DeMoura recommended the Committee -approve the <br /> following motion: <br /> To move that the school Committee Grote to authorize <br /> the Superintendent to enter into and execute, on <br /> behalf of the school Committee and in accordance <br /> with the provisions of section 37B of chapter 71 of <br /> the General Laws, a written agreement with any <br /> school department employee. to purchase or make <br /> payments to an individual or group annuity <br /> contract, custodial account, or other investment <br /> authorized under section 403b f the Internal <br /> Revenue code for such employee and, on behalf of <br /> the school committee, to give any notices or <br /> certifications o the town treasurer required or <br /> permitted under section 37 . <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills , seconded by Ms . Dr. <br /> DeMoura recommended not approving this request due <br /> ' <br /> to the resulting sanitation problem i.e. , animal <br /> excrement, fur, fleas, ticks where children play <br /> during the week. Also, he said animals do not <br /> belong in the building and allergies are a factor. <br /> }� <br /> Mrs. Daley spoke in f avor of using the Davis school <br /> "Y because other attempts to obtain a facility have <br /> been unsuccessful. These included the uil.d, ng. <br /> Fire station.
