Glen Harrington commented that an application has been submitted for Off the Grid Food Services, a mobile <br /> food unit, which will be located at Naukabout Brewery. Off the Grid Food Services will be the food <br /> establishment and supplier of prepared food for Naukabout Brewery. The application, menu, Servsafe <br /> certificate and allergy awareness certificate have been submitted for review and approval. A preliminary floor <br /> plan of the mobile trailer was reviewed, but the pre-operation inspection has not yet been performed. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health approve the mobile food establishment permit with the <br /> condition of a satisfactory pre-operation inspection by a Health Agent for Off the Grid Food Services at <br /> Naukabout Brewery. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 3. Request for 2018 Food Service Permit: Sweet Waves Frozen Yogurt(10 Steeple Street). <br /> Glen Harrington stated that this is a change of ownership of an existing food establishment in Mashpee <br /> Commons. The application, Servsafe certificate, and allergy awareness certificate have been submitted for <br /> review and approval. The menu was not provided, but Mr. Harrington assumed that it will remain the same. <br /> Since only one person is ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certified, the Board recommended that the other <br /> employees receive the food manager and allergy awareness training. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health approve the food establishment permit for Sweet <br /> Waves Frozen Yogurt with the condition of a satisfactory food inspection by the Health Agent and recommend <br /> that the other employees get food manager and allergy awareness certifications. Brian Baumgaertel seconded <br /> the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 4. Nomination of Animal Inspectors: Veronica Warden and Donald Chicoine. <br /> Glen Harrington remarked that this is an annual nomination that the Board recommends to the Department of <br /> Agricultural Resources. Veronica Warden is the Assistant Health Agent, and Donald Chicoine is the Animal <br /> Control Officer. Mr. Harrington recommended that they be nominated again. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health appoint Veronica Warden and Donald Chicoine for the <br /> position of Animal Inspector for the Town of Mashpee for the period of May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion, The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 6. Draft Nuisance Regulation. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health continue discussion on the Draft Nuisance Regulation <br /> to the next Board of Health meeting scheduled on May 3, 2018. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion, The <br /> motion was unanimously approved. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> None. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a motion that the Board of Health adjourn the Public Session, to enter into Executive <br /> Session, and not to return to the Public Session at 8:16 PM. Brian Baumgaertel seconded the motion.
