m MASHPEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS <br /> PUBLIC HEARING, FY94 BUDGET <br /> JUNE 2, 1993 <br /> Minutes <br /> I . The Public Hearing was called to order by Chair <br /> Call Public Mrs. Dunivan at 6:41 p.m. in the Library of the <br /> Hearing to Mashpee Middle School. <br /> Order <br /> Attendees: School Committee - Carole Dunivan, <br /> Maryanne Gibbs, Janice Mills, Dr. Elizabeth Petti, <br /> and David Consalvi. <br /> Administration - Dr. Lincoln A. DeMoura and Nick <br /> Feldman. <br /> II . Chair Mrs. Dunivan read aloud the Notice of Public <br /> Reading of Hearing for the FY94 School Department budget of <br /> Public Notice $5,558, 000. <br /> III . - Dr. DeMoura informed the Committee that the FY94 <br /> -Presentation- budget will include a full day everyday kinder- <br /> by Superin- garten program as well as the need the employ the <br /> tendent following additional staff members: <br /> Up to 4 kindergarten teachers <br /> Up to 3 kindergarten aides <br /> 1 - Grade 4 teacher <br /> . 5 - school counselor <br /> 1 - school year secretary <br /> Motion made by Dr. Petti, seconded by Mr. Consalvi <br /> to hire the additional staff members listed above <br /> as recommended by the Superintendent. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Dr. DeMoura then read aloud the FY94 budget of <br /> $5,558,000 which would be subdivided into the <br /> accounts as shown on the following page: <br /> C <br />
