Committee - vice Chair Maryanne <br /> Gibbs, Janice Mills, David Consalvi, and Ur. Elizabeth <br /> Petti. Chair Carole Uunivan was absent this evening. <br /> Administration - Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lincoln <br /> A. DeMoura, Middle School Principal Betty Phillips and <br /> Coombs School Principal Nick Feldman. <br /> On a motion by Mr. Conalvi, seconded by Ur. Petti, the <br /> Approval minutes of the regular meeting of January 5, 1994 were -of <br /> Minutes approved as amended. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> On a notion by Dr. Petti, seconded by Mr. Consal.vi, the <br /> minutes of the executive session of January 5, 1994 <br /> were approved. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> On a motion by Mr. Consalvi, seconded by Dr. Petti, the' <br /> minutes of the special meeting of January 20, 1994 were <br /> approved. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> On a motion, by Dr. Petti, seconded by Mr. Consalvi, the <br /> minutes of the special meeting of January 27, 1 4 were <br /> approved. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> IIT . 3al Library Trustees - Mashpee librarian Helene DeFoe <br /> Public addressed the Committee regarding the ongoing topic of <br /> Forum sharing library resources. She panted out that the <br /> Public Library is already sharing resources with the . <br /> schools and offered ,ideas on how the libraries could <br /> enhance this arrangement. One idea is to install fax <br /> machines in the school libraries which would provide <br /> two-way access to materials in the Public Library. she <br /> also discussed purchasing of boos that would benefit <br /> the school libraries through group pricing. Also <br /> during her discussion, Ms. DeFoe discussed linking into <br /> the CLAMS network when the high school discussions <br /> begin. <br />
