High School Educational <br /> . <br /> Consultant <br /> The public <br /> hearing was called to order by Carole Dunivan a : 02 <br /> p.m. i n the Library of the Iashpee Diddle School. <br /> Mrs, Dunivan <br /> read aloud the public hearing notice as posted i <br /> purpose the newspaper <br /> with thebeing to discuss the educational <br /> specifications <br /> plan dated February 2 , 1994 for the r. Sr. High <br /> School. <br /> Mrs . Dnivan said the Sch committee has been meeting with <br /> various groups throughout the town to discuss with the <br /> townspeople the latest updates n this project. She then <br /> introduced Dr. John Calabro. <br /> addressed the audience informing them f the results <br /> Dr .. Calabro addreartrent of <br /> of <br /> a meetingheld with representatives the Dep <br /> Education and <br /> the School Board. Assistance Bureau, D . Calabro <br /> gave <br /> an in-depth review, page-by-page of the ed. specs . <br /> Questions and <br /> answers were fielded by Dr. Calabro and Dr . <br /> eoura* <br /> The Community <br /> Service Center Committee submitted a request <br /> "With the continued growth of the town of lashpee, we <br /> feel there is a need coordinate and expand the recreational, <br /> services provided t <br /> leisure, and human he town. The goal <br /> � <br /> this movement is to give more comprehensive services to all <br /> residents <br /> • , both you and elder. Key elements in attaining this <br /> g <br /> goal are: <br /> a <br /> a place to house a multipurpose community center <br /> b. programs to be held at the center <br /> C, personnel to staff the center and oversee the programs <br /> { <br />
