Dr. Petti stated that she has <br /> concerns awarding the bid to Laidlaw because they are a <br /> huge, out-of-town company who can afford to cone in at <br /> a lower price, thus she would oppose the motion and <br /> vote for igi; Ms. Gabbs, Mrs, Mills and Mrs, Dunivan <br /> also voted for Digi; lir. consalv,i voted to award the <br /> bid to Laidlaw. <br />
