Mse Russell chose the United Kingdom as her first choice to teach grade one and in exchange for her services a teacher from the U.K. would come to Mashpee to teach. Ms. Fussell would be paid by the Ma hpee School Department while the exchange teacher would receive his/her salary from the U.K. Motion made by Mr. Consalvi, seconded by Mrs* Mills, to approve Mary Russell's application for a Fulbright Scholarship for the 1995-1996 school year.
