MASHPEE PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MEETING of JANUARY ll , 1994 <br /> MAS PEE TOWN DALE <br /> Personnel Board members Robert Sullivan and Leo 'euro met along with <br /> Selectman Judy Mills, Bob ritenour, Executive - Secretary, Tom Fudal , <br /> Town Planner and Patrick coffyp Planning Board - Member. <br /> The meeting convened at 9 : 00 a . m. <br /> The purpose of the meeting was to interview candidates for the position <br /> of Assistant Town Planner . The fob, lowing candidates were interviewed : <br /> Alvin Leung and Stephen Blanchard . <br /> The background o± each candidate was reviewed relative to the <br /> qualifications of the position . Candidates were advised of the rate of <br /> pay, the hours of the position along with town benefits offered with the <br /> position . <br /> Note : The intviewing panel has been screening candidates for the <br /> Assistant Tout Planner position on Dec . 29, Jan . 10, Jan, 11 today and <br /> January 14 and January 18 , <br /> i <br /> At this point in the meeting, Personnel Board members , Robert Sullivan, <br /> .van, <br /> Leo Turo, Joseph Della ala. Marcia Lindsey and Schuyler Wires stet with <br /> Selectmen Mills and Selectman Vaccaro along with Bob Whrltenour t <br /> discuss several items of concern : extending the P. A .P . salary schedule, <br /> increasing longevity rates upgrades of positions including all <br /> positions in P . A.
