PERSONNEL BOARD MI I+ UT <br /> MEETING of APRIL 11 , l <br /> MASHPEE TOWNHALL <br /> The following members of the Personnel - Board were <br /> present .• <br /> Robert <br /> Sullivan, Joseph Dellagala, and Marcia Lindsey. <br /> Also, in attendance during the meeting were members from the Board o <br /> Assessing Leslie Greig, Kenneth Porter, and Robert DeLory and David <br /> Bailey, Director of Assessing . ' <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8; 30 a.m . This meeting was held for <br /> the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of Data <br /> Collector. <br /> Candidates interviewed were Harry Desroaies <br /> Anthony Gradzewicz, <br /> Deborah Adams; Richard Gilman, Judith Valverde, Donald Hanson, Leonard <br /> harettep Joseph Polito, and Eugene Baarabe, <br /> Candidates were seat a copy of the job description prior to the <br /> interview. Each of the candidate ' s background was reviewed for <br /> work -experience which related to measuring and inspecting anew <br /> construction and - existing properties and collecting data on <br /> personal <br /> . property, Candidates were advised that the position required some <br /> entry-level computer experience. -Applicants were advised of the annual <br /> salary of $19P788 and the weekly hours 7 1/.2 hrs . . They were also <br /> advised that they would be reimbursed for mileage for use of their <br /> vehicle when out in the field , <br /> (During the interview process, Leslie Greig from the Board of Assessors <br /> had to leave the meeting 'for another appointment . ) <br /> At the conclusion of the interviews, the Personnel Board and members <br /> from the Assessing Department narrowed down the process to two semi- <br /> finalists, Joseph Polito and Eugene Barabe. The Personnel Board was <br /> split on a decision to recommend a third candidate . The assessors <br /> indicated that they, were interested in recommending Anthony Gradewic <br /> as a third choice, however, they wanted to discuss their recommenda- <br /> tions with Leslie Grieg at their meeting the next night . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 1 :55 p.m, <br /> Respectfully submitted., <br /> Marilyn a�rren <br /> Personnel Administrator <br /> Mf <br />
