PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MEETING OF OCTOBER 11 , 1 <br /> MASHPEE TOWN HALL <br /> The following members of the Mashpee Personnel Board were resent : Chairman <br /> Joseph Bellagala, Ronald Levine, and Marcia Lindsey . Also present during the <br /> meeting were Bob Sherman, Conservation Agent., Dan Homeyerp Conservation <br /> Commissioner, and Diana Lund, Administrative Assistant to the Conservation <br /> Department . <br /> Chairman Dellagala convened the meeting at : o a.m . <br /> Part-dime Conservation A end <br /> The Board met for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the part-time <br /> position of Conservation Agent , The following applicants met with the panel : <br /> David Shores, Michael Borden. Susan O 'Connor-Lough, Mark Sherman and Josuha <br /> Etsten. Each candidate was given a job description, advised of the rate of <br /> pay of 1 , hr . and the hours of the position ( 19 hrs . weekly ) . Each of the <br /> candidates background was reviewed as to thee- qualifications relative to the <br /> position . <br /> After the interview process was completed, the Board narrowed down the <br /> selection process to consider Michael Borden as their top candidate . The <br /> Board also felt that Mark Sherman and Josha Etsten dere other potential <br /> candidates to consider . A backgr. nd check will be conducted on Michael <br /> Borden . <br /> Memo To Finance Committee <br /> Joe Dellagala asked- that a memo be sere to Dan Goggin,.
