5 <br /> M ASHPEE T <br /> OWN HALL <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MEETING OF OCTOBER 17o 1994 <br /> The following m -m bens of the Personnel Board were present ; Chairman <br /> Joseph Dellagala, Marcia Lindsey, and Ronald Levin , Sergeant Lacava, <br /> Sergeant U mina, Lieutenant ostell , and Gail McDonald - were also present <br /> during the meeting . <br /> Chairman Dell gala convened t-he meeting at 8 : 30 a . m . <br /> PART-TIME DISPATCHER <br /> This meeting was called for the purpose of interviewing candidates for <br /> part-tame dispatcher positions . The following applicants met with the <br /> interviewing panel : Thomas Mucci, Debra Smith, David Braga, Gail Eagan, <br /> Edward lagan, Stephen Tippo, Alison Taylor, Karen' Thurston, Julie <br /> Mc lhinnie, Dale Parks , Jr. , and Craig Tomson. caindidates were advised of <br /> the rate of pay $9 . 51/hourly, the part-tune hours of the posits-on on <br /> call , as needed ) . They were also aavis d that there would be no benefits <br /> the first year. Aftr the first year, if they worded 780 hours or more, <br /> they would be eligible for pro-rated vacation and sick leave benefits . <br /> Prior to the interviews , candidates passed an entry- level written <br /> examination and radio testing . <br /> Scores will be tabulated to determine the eligibility list . Candidates i <br /> will be ranked as Outstanding, Well-Qualified' and Quallfied . Preference <br /> points will be assigned to candidates who have certification in � <br /> Associated Police Community Operations .
