MASHPEE TOWN HALL PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING NOVEMBER 14, 1994 The following members of the Personnel Board were p resent fox today ' meeting : -Chairman Joseph Dellagala. Ronald Levine, and Marcia Lindsey . Chairman Dellagaia convened the meeting at 9 : 00 a.m. Action Plan Jop Dellagala mentioned tha� herwouldlike follow up done on the status of the Board ' s Action Plan# the policY on confidentiality which was adopted last July. the training for, managers and employees . and the town ' s organizational chart . Joe asked that a memo be sent to Bob ihritenour stating that there are concerns about the follow up on some of, these projects and he asked that Bob e scheduled meet with the Personnel Board at his convenience t discuss some of the concerns . Interviews for Part-Time loatin Clerk The Board interviewer the following candidates for the part-time ( 18 hour position ) of Floating Clerk : Susan Derome, Laurie Ekstrom, Darlene Phelan, Janice Rhoden, Irene Lefort, Sheila Smith, Debra Smith, Rosemary Jackson and Frances Morgan . The rate of gay, hours, and job description was reviewed with each candidate along with discussion of their background and work experience . After the interviews were conducted, the Board narrowed down the selection process to : Susan D rom , Irene Lefort and Rosemary Jackson. A background check will be conducted on the top candidate, Susan Derome . Benefits for Fart-Time Employees The Board discussed the accrual of vacation and sick leave benefits- for part-tine -employees with particular reference to the la�ngua e in the Clerical Contract . They asked that Town Counsel make a 'ruling with regard to payment of vacation time accrued for a part-time employee who is resigning f r-om the Town . Meeting adjourned at 12 : 45 p . m .
