Mr. Costello will update the draft and email the final version to the Board of Managers, to be <br /> distributed to the Boards of Selectmen. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Barrett made a motion that the proposed Intermunicipal Agreement be revised <br /> as noted in our discussion here today. Upon receipt of the revised document by the Chair, it <br /> would be distributed to each party for submission to their respective Boards of Selectmen for <br /> approval. Mr. Tilton seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review Draft MOA Between MassDOT and UCRTS Board for Use of Site for CDL <br /> Mr. Costello stated that the agreement had been approved by counsel for MassDOT and they continued <br /> to use the site for CDL testing. It was noted that the proposed usage area needed to be attached to the <br /> document. Mr. Barrett requested that Bourne be shown as a signator, though it would need to be <br /> reviewed by their Town Counsel. Mr. Costello suggested moving forward with a majority vote and <br /> Mr. Barrett could refrain from voting. Mr. Tilton referenced the second to the last statement on Page <br /> 1, and the burden and obligation it inferred on the Board of Managers. Mr. Costello agreed and stated <br /> that they initially struck the language but MassDOT again added it. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Jack made.a motion to approve the MOA between the Board of Managers and <br /> MassDOT. Mr. Tilton seconded the motion. 3 yes, I abstain <br /> Board members signed the agreement.
