Mr. Costello will update the draft and email the final version to the Board of Managers, to be distributed to the Boards of Selectmen. MOTION: Mr. Barrett made a motion that the proposed Intermunicipal Agreement be revised as noted in our discussion here today. Upon receipt of the revised document by the Chair, it would be distributed to each party for submission to their respective Boards of Selectmen for approval. Mr. Tilton seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. OLD BUSINESS Review Draft MOA Between MassDOT and UCRTS Board for Use of Site for CDL Mr. Costello stated that the agreement had been approved by counsel for MassDOT and they continued to use the site for CDL testing. It was noted that the proposed usage area needed to be attached to the document. Mr. Barrett requested that Bourne be shown as a signator, though it would need to be reviewed by their Town Counsel. Mr. Costello suggested moving forward with a majority vote and Mr. Barrett could refrain from voting. Mr. Tilton referenced the second to the last statement on Page 1, and the burden and obligation it inferred on the Board of Managers. Mr. Costello agreed and stated that they initially struck the language but MassDOT again added it. MOTION: Mr.Jack made.a motion to approve the MOA between the Board of Managers and MassDOT. Mr. Tilton seconded the motion. 3 yes, I abstain Board members signed the agreement. Mr. Costello will have MassDOT sign the document.
