After Ken's explanation,other members registered <br /> the same concern, especially the provision in the contract to have the Town remove the floats when <br /> extreme high tides presented themselves. Rick York said he would speak to Katherine after the meeting <br /> on this issue. A motion was made by Tim that Ken compose a letter to the Town expressing this <br /> potential design concern on the Ramp floats. The motion was seconded by Stan and approved by all <br /> members. <br /> Waterways Improvement Plan and Dredging: <br /> Ken reported that the Post Dredge Survey completion certificate has not been submitted, but that the <br /> Army Corp of Engineers were notified of the delay. Survey computer breakdowns and high <br /> winds/rough waters were the cause of the delay. <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by Al Wickel and 2n1 by Stan Healy and approved. The meeting <br /> adjourned at 10.20 AM.
