All conditions/requirements of use of the sediment . <br /> footprint to be as required by the <br /> Towns Comprehensive Permit NAE 2013 1241 inclusive of all <br /> contributing agencies,sub <br /> agencies/organizations State or Federal, as contained and a part of the CO E issued permit. Alf Town <br /> Conservation Commission requirements shall also be adhered <br /> to and shall also govern the temporary <br /> use of this sediment footprint". <br /> The vote on this motion was 3 members present yes, I no of members present, plus one call in yes vote <br /> during our meeting. <br />
