Go oni , Michael A. Mak mass <br /> Cheryl Ha► Tver, James E, Regan III and Arnold D . <br /> Mindick . <br /> Board Member absent was John J . Friel . Robert G. Nelsonr an <br /> applicant for Associate membership was also present . <br /> Patrick ,J. and Catherine M. Foley - Request a Special <br /> Permit under section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to raze a preexisting non-conforming dwelling <br /> and replace it with a new single family dwelling in an R-3 <br /> zoning district on property located at 276 Mono oscoy Road <br /> (Map 1201 Block 60 ) Mashpee , MA, <br /> Patrick J. and Catherine M. Foley - Request a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-25 . 1 .9 of the Zoning By-laws to <br /> allow the reconstruction and extension of a walkwayr ramp <br /> and float in Great River in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 276 Monomos oy Road (Map 120r Block 60 ) <br /> Mashpee , MA. <br /> Members sitting: E, Govoni , J . Regan, A. Mindick <br /> Attorney Jeremy Carter represented the applicant and <br /> explained that the `oley' s wished to upgrade the property <br /> and the new plan noir is approved by the Board of Health and <br /> Conservation. They are planning to expand to a second <br /> floor and not charge the footprint , The Board of Health did <br /> not grant the septic system upgraded. <br /> Mr . Mindick moved to grant the special Permit for the <br /> house . Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed . <br /> The second application is for the dock which Conservation <br /> has approved. <br /> i <br /> Mr . Regan moved to grant the Special Permit for the <br /> reconstruction of the dock. Mr ,# Mindick Recorded■ All <br /> agreed . <br /> 1 <br />
