Hawver read a letter from William Madden of G.A.F, <br /> Enginnering dated September 21 , 1994 e: submission of the <br /> revised plans entitled "Plans Accompanying Petition of Monomoscoy <br /> Trust to License and Reconstruct Existing Timber Pier, Ramp <br /> Float, Little River, Mash ee, NSA, " prepared by GAF Engineeringâ–º <br /> Inc. dated April 22 , 1994 and revised dated July 13 , 1994 and <br /> September 20 , 1994, Sheets 1 through 4 of 4. The location <br /> of the float has been chanced to be four feet closer to shore <br /> than the plans had originally shown. It was noted that the <br /> conditions for the Appeals Hoard have been met, and Conservation <br /> will review for their approval. Mr, levan moved to approve <br /> based on the revisions made in the letter mentioned above from <br /> GAF dated September 21 , 1994 . Mr. Marsters seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Thomas Smith - Continue hearing to October 12 , 1994, Applicant <br /> chose not to file for height variance for garage or submit <br /> framing plans. Hoard agrees they need plans; they will not <br /> vote without plans . <br /> Mr. Govoni stated Mr. Terror asked for the Board ' s support for <br /> zoning change from R-5 to C-2 at Town Meeting. The Hoard agreed <br /> to not oppose it. <br /> Bill Hauck will set up a meeting with representatives from Board <br /> of Appeals and Planning Board to stork out zoning issues . <br /> Board of Selectmen voted to waive Hoard of Appeals filing fee <br /> for variance requirements for the proposed High School. <br /> Mr, Govoni received a fora letter that referenced a previous <br /> stop traffic condition the Board of Appeals issued. <br /> Minutes - Mr, Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of August 24 , <br /> 1994, <br /> Conference - Mr. Nelson and Ms. Hawver will be attending on <br /> October 1 , 19940 <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn a 8 : 40 p.m. .
