Gorstein - Request a variance from <br /> Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws f or, permission to vary <br /> the front setback and lot coverage requirements to allow <br /> the construction of a garage in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 127 Tide Run (Map 120 , Block 181 ) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting : E. Govoni , J . Regan, J, Friel <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant , He <br /> stated that conservation has approved the proposal and <br /> wanted the garage located away from the wetlands . <br /> . Friel moved to grant the variance allowing a 15 ' <br /> setback from the street and lot coverage of 235.11 . <br /> Thomas -Smith - From 7 and 8 hearings . <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, K. Marsters , R. Nelson <br /> Mr . Marsters moved to grant the Special Permit for a two <br /> car garage in a► residential zoning district according t <br /> signed plans from Mr . Smith . Mr . Nelson seconded. All <br /> agreed. The Permit is conditioned that height not exceed <br /> 151 and there be no commercial use of the property. <br /> Advisement - Mr . Govoni stated that deed research was being <br /> dome on the Petti and union applications . He said the <br /> explanation of Article 7 . in 1990 was not clear . Mr . Friel <br /> said that Town Meeting would have to correct this , <br /> . Kenneth Marsters stepped down from the Board. <br /> Discussion <br /> 1 . - Pine Tree Place -Builder Earl Marsters informed the <br /> Board that he had purchased Pine 'free place and wanted a <br /> preview of allowed signage . He explained that the original <br /> Special Permit SP-87-03-024 referred to signage plans <br /> which were not available . He said the Permit allowed a 241 <br /> x 6f free standing sign for the main building and <br /> additional signing for the bark building. He is proposing <br /> new free standing ladder sign 6f x 7 { and individual <br /> identification signs of 12f x 1 ' " . in addition, there <br /> will be a small entrance sign. Mr . Govoni suggested there <br /> should be a minor modification of the original special <br /> permit . Mr . Marsters is to provide a list of signs with <br /> sizes for the Design 9eview Committee to review. <br />
