Hauck, Building Inspector Five^ Stan Recycling - Advisement f--Com octoher 1 Members sitting: E, Govoni , J . Regan, R. Felson Mr . Govoni announced that the Hoard had received a written request from Attorney Robert Mills to wit'hdraw the application without prejudice . Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed . Mark Efron - (Advisement from oc sober ) Members sitting : J, Regan, K. Mar ters, R. Nelson Mr . Govoni stated that revised plans had been received complying with the h ar or aster ' s request . Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Permit based on the revised plans . Mr . Marsters seconded, All. agreed, Elizabeth Pet t. - Mr . Govoni said the Hoard had just received the Deed search and he asked that copies be sent t all members . Members present : E. Govoni , C. Hawver. J . Friel, K. Mar to `s, R. Nelson, Elizabeth A. Smith - Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25 . 1 .9 of the zoning -lags for the replacement of an existing dock and float in Great Fiver on properly located in an R-3 zoning district at 202 Monmsco Road (Map 114 , Block 4A) Mashpee, MA. members sitting: E. Govoni , J * Reganr R. Marsters Peter smith represented the applicant and explained that they were licensing a dock . He said conservation had wanted dock extended to 50 , total and have approved the plans . Mr . Regan moved to grant the Special Permit , Mr . Ma.rsters seconded . All agreed.
