oard of Appeals Minutes - ecember ,1 ,. 1999 4 . <br /> Engineer Robert Raymond explained that the Conservation <br /> Commission had requested that the proposed dock be extended <br /> to 167 feet to the Mashpee River to allow sufficient water <br /> depth for boating and minimize damage to the shoreline , He <br /> explained that there is a steep embankment at the rear of <br /> the lot , <br /> Mr, Govoni mored to grant the Variance ad Special Permit . <br /> Mr, Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Discussion - 'there was discussion of allowing homeowners who <br /> thought they had waterfront land on Monomoscoy Island to <br /> ckoss some of the strips of land that the 'down had acquired <br /> from tax title . .. . Govoni said 'down could have some way <br /> homeowners would sign off on any liability. He explained <br /> that New Seahury allowed this and had owners sign waivers . <br /> The Board agreed they would support allowing the use if 'down <br /> Counsel. agreed. <br /> Minutes - Mr . Govoni roved to accept the Minutes of October <br /> 26 and November 9 . 1994 . Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed, <br /> Mr , Govoni Moved to adjourn at 8 : 30 P .M. Mr . Regan <br /> conded.
