At Coombs, 545 students were in place and at the <br /> Middle School, 959 students, however, there were 24 students <br /> who were registered but did not report to either school* <br /> These missing students will be investigated as to their <br /> whereabouts. <br /> Mrs. Lynch expressed concern over the electrical outlets in <br /> the designated kindergarten classroom at the Middle School. <br /> Dr. DeMoura assured her that electrical plugs will be placed <br /> in the outlets. She also mentioned there was no water in that <br /> same room. Dr. DeMoura told her that everything that can be <br /> clone to make a kindergarten classroom setting in that <br /> particular room will be done, <br /> 5 .4 Food Service U - As of the meeting, Dr. DeMoura had not <br /> received the numbers. <br /> 5 ,5 F 9��Monthl .-Budget Review - Dr. DeMoura said many more line <br /> items will be added for the high school in the budget printout <br /> as the Department of Education requires breakout expenditures <br /> for educational media hardware and software. Mrs. Mills noted <br /> the Cape Cod Collaborative is in deficit while Firs. Lynch, <br /> asked when will the special, education budget be in place r. <br /> DeMoura said by next month. <br /> Dr, DeMoura informed the Committee of a letter received by <br /> Special. Education Director Grace Day from the Executive Office <br /> of Health and Human Services. The letter states that $21,414 <br /> will be sent to the Town as Municipal Medicaid reimbursements <br /> ements <br /> received over the summer. This money will be placed in the <br /> Town's general fund. <br /> STI . 6 . 1 Progress Report - Grades 1- - Mr. Feldman addressed the <br /> SpecificallyCommittee on the "Pupil Progress Report Grades 1-3. " <br /> Assigned/ <br /> Unfinished Once again, Mrs, Lynch expressed her feelings on this report. <br /> Business She found it "overwhelming" and would like overall grades <br /> .instead. <br /> Mr. Consalvi felt the report goes into enough detail to show <br /> the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the students. <br />
