i <br /> MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> JUNE 51 1996 <br /> minutes <br /> Attendees: School Committee - Chairman Stephen Paxton, Kathleen <br /> Lynch, Janice Mills, Theresa Cook, and Maryanne Macdonald. Also in <br /> attendance was Superintendent of Schools Lincoln A. DeMoura, School <br /> Attorney William F. Butler, Grace Nay, David Konigsburg, and Mary <br /> Durham. <br /> The executive session was called to order t 10:40 p.m. b Chairman <br /> Paxton. <br /> Discussion on grievances followed. <br /> Mrs. Mills made motion to pursue grievance MMS9504 that pertains to <br /> signatures of correspondenco placed in personnel file. Motion -was <br /> seconded by Mrs, Cook. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Mrs.. Tills made a motion to take a stand on "Letters cif Reprimand" <br /> Grievance. Motion was seconded by Mrs. Lynch. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Updates were given on the status of the custodial ' and Unit <br /> negotiations. <br /> Motion made by R s. Cook, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to adjourn the <br /> executive session at 11 :50 p.m. . <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: In favor - Mr. Paxton, Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Mills, <br /> Mrs. Cook, and Ms, Macdonald; opposed - none-. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> } <br /> f <br /> Marjorie R.
