Attendees: School Committee - Chairman Steve Paxton, Kathleen Lynch, Theresa Cook, Janice Mills, and Maryanne Macdonald. Administration - Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lincoln A. DeMoura, Coombs School Principal Nick Feldman, Middle School Principal. Robert Tio, and High School Principal John Williamso Elementary school. VOTE: Unanimous 2.2 Re ulcer Meeting of July 8, 199 - Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 8, 1996. VOTE: Unanimous 2 .3 Executive Session of Jud 1996 - Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the minutes of the executive session of July 8, 1996. VOTE: Unanimous 2*4 Joint Meetinq with the Board of Selectmen and Leisure Services of July 29, 199 - Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to approve the joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen and Leisure Services as amended. vo Unanimous Kimberly Costello questioned the School Committee on two Public issues. They were: one, if there would be honors classes Fortin in grades -9; and second, will construction workers at' the i high school have access to the cafeteria during school hours- when students are .in there? Dro DeMoura answered the high school question saying if the area is not completed, there is a metal door se arati g the gymnasium and cafeteria from the academic and administration portions of the building and this door will be locked
