The Regular Meeting of the Mashpee School Committee was Call to Called to Order by Dr. DeMoura, Chairman Pro Tens at 7:04 p.m. Order at the Mashpee I-igh School, Conference Room B-103. School Comrri aniation organia., tion: Dr.DeMoura opened the nomination process for the purpose of re-organization of the Mashpee School Committee. 2.1 Election of Chair: Stephen Paxton made the notion to nominate Kathleen Lvnch a Chairman of the Mashpee School Committee. Theresa Cook seconded the nomination. Being no further nominations, Dr. DeMoura closed the nomination process, and requested a roll call vote for appointment. Roll Qg1l Vgtef, In favor- Mr. Paxton, I irs. Cook, Mrs. Mills, and Ms. Macdonald, Mrs. Lynch abstained, opposed - none. 2.2 Election of Vice-Ch Mrs.Lynch opened the nomination process for position of Vice-Chairman. Maryanne Macdonald made the motion to nominate Theresa Cook as Vice-Chairman of the Mashpee School Con ffittee. Stephen Paxton seconded the norm nation. Being no further nominations, Mrs. Lynch closed the nomination process, and requested a roll call vote for appointment. .Roil !LaII vote: In favor- 1 r. Stephen Paxton rade the motion to nominate Marvannf,Macdondd as Secretary of the Mashpee School Committee. Theresa Cook seconded the nomination. Being no further norninations,Mrs. Lynch closed the nomination process, and requested a roll call vote for appointment. Roll Call Vote: In favor- Mr. Panton, Mrs. Mills, Mrs. Cook, and Mrs. Lynch, M . Macdonald abstained; opposed - none.
