This issue will be addressed again at the <br /> October meeting. <br /> 7.9 Strategic Plan Facilitator - 1r. IeMoura discussed the need <br /> for a facilitator to assist the school system in the development of a <br /> strategic plan. After discussions with other school systems, Dr. <br /> I eMoura recommended Jan Williams from Hopkinton. she also <br /> serves on the Hopkinton school Committee. The cost of her <br /> services is approximately $8,000-$10,000 which includes the <br /> development of data as a year-long effort. <br /> Discussion followed on the feasibility of hiring Vis. Williams at the <br /> above--mentioned price. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to interview <br /> IVIS. Williams with no cost obligation. Mr. Paxton expressed <br /> concern over Ills.
