MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE - REGULAR MEETING - DECEMBER 3, 1997 PAGE 10 <br /> Leisure Services Advisory Council thought the rates were fair. <br /> Discussion followed on the revised wording regarding the summer <br /> schedule ending dates. Dr. DeMoura will revise 15.4 to read, <br /> "Usage of the schools will be from the first week in July through 16 <br /> calendar days prior to the teachers' first reporting date." <br /> Teachers will be notified when they will be able to come in to their <br /> classrooms and prepare for September. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to approve the <br /> revised "Use of School Facilities and Equipment" policy <br /> incorporating the new wording on 15.4. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8.6 Warrant Article - Dr. DeMoura explained the article <br /> regarding the establishment of a revolving account for the purpose <br /> of depositing tuition monies received from Special Education <br /> Shared Programs. The "Explanation" will include wording <br /> regarding savings to the taxpayers by providing special education <br /> programs in our town. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to approve the <br /> warrant article with modifications. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> IX.
