In it, a policy on e-mail was given as <br /> well as other pertinent information on technology usage. As a <br /> result, Dr. DeMoura recommended approval of this entire <br /> document as the school department's technology policy. This issue <br /> will be voted upon at the January School Committee meeting. <br /> 9.3 Data Processing Policies and Procedures - Discussed above. <br /> 9.4 Annual Report - Committee members had additional <br /> suggestions to incorporate into the Annual Report, i.e., first <br /> Thanksgiving Day football game, spelling bee winners, grant award <br /> monies, School Committee goals, and the work the SMPTE <br /> students performed at the Superintendent's Conference in <br /> November. These suggestions will be added to the Annual Report. <br />
