MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE - REGULAR MEETING - DECEMBER 3, 1997 PAGE 13 <br /> 10.2.5 Safe Transportation Task Force - Mrs. Lynch said <br /> things are going well with Laidlaw. Also, she thanked <br /> the Committee for voting its approval for placing two <br /> bus stops on Route 28. Those stops were approved by <br /> the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 10.2.6 Personnel Committee - Mr. Paxton reported on a <br /> meeting held on November 131h. There will be an <br /> NAACP meeting on December 11th at Barnstable High <br /> School. <br /> 10.2.7 Booster's Club - Mrs. Lynch thanked all who worked <br /> this past month raising money for the Booster's Club <br /> at the Thanksgiving Day game - with food and <br /> program sales. Also, she gave kudos to Athletic <br /> Director Michael Horne for his coordinating this event. <br /> Also, thanks to Volunteer Coordinator Maureen <br /> Colescott and Assistant Volunteer Coordinator Cheryl <br /> MacIntire for selling items. Also, Mrs. Lynch noted the <br /> Booster's Club will be at Botello Lumber on Saturday <br /> to help with selling Christmas trees. <br /> M. Other Ms. Macdonald mentioned the Quashnet Schools' playground <br /> needs building assistance on Saturday, December 6th from 8:00 <br /> a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Any volunteers would be very much <br /> appreciated. <br /> XII. Executive Motion made by Mr. Paxton, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to move <br /> Session into executive session at 9:42 p.m. to discuss a grievance and the <br /> reputation and character of an individual. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor- Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Cook, Ms. Macdonald, <br /> Mrs. Mill, and Mr. Paxton; opposed - none. <br /> XIII.
