i MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMFITEE EXECUTIVE SESSION I JANUARY , 1998 i Minutes In attendance: Vice Chairwoman Theresa Cook, Maryanne Macdonald, Janice Mins, Stephen Paxton. Chairwoman Kathleen Lynch was absent this evening. Also in attendance was Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lincoln A. DeMoura. The executive session was called to order by Mfrs. Cook at 9:23 p.m. mn room. B 10 3 at Mf ashpee High School.. Discussion items included the following: } Attorney William F. Butler's current contract. This issue was "tabled" until Mrs. Lyneh's return. r 0 Athletic Director, In-School Suspension Supervisor and Instrumental Lessons - Motion made by Mr. Paxton, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the Memorandums of Understanding of these positions. 1I CaU Note; In favor - Mrs. Cook, Ms. Macdonald, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Paxton; opposed - none; absent from meeting- Mrs. Lynch. Office Detention Program *Leacher and Saturday In-School Suspension Program Supervisor - Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to approve the Memorandum of Understanding of these positions. Lauren Keene's Memorandum of Understanding- Motion made by Mr. Paxton, seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to approve this document.
