A joint meeting will be <br /> scheduled with the School Committee, the Leisure <br /> Services Advisory Council and Board of Selectmen <br /> liaison at a future time. <br /> 10.2.3 School Building Committee - Mrs. Mills discussed <br /> Leisure Service programs needing supervision at the <br /> high school. The Committee is looking to close out the�- . <br /> high school project and hope to meet within the next <br /> 6-8 weeks. She asked for any additional punchlist <br /> items be forwarded so they can be addressed before . <br /> the Building Committee disbands. Mrs. Lynch asked <br /> to ensure that lir. Williams has warranties for <br /> equipment, i.e., sewing machines, wood shop. <br /> 10.2.4LeEislation - Mrs. Cook said the special education <br /> legislation was discussed earlier in the meeting. There <br /> will be a meeting in March. <br /> 10.2.5 Safe Transportation Task Force - Mrs. Lynch reported <br /> that two parents attended the meeting held on <br /> January 28th to discuss bus stops. One issue was <br /> resolved; however, the other- focused on having three <br /> stops on Great Deck Road forth that are too close <br /> together and recently resulted in a bus accident at <br /> that location (near Coombs Lane). There were no <br /> injuries and no structural damage to the bus. After <br /> discussion it was decided that them will be two, not <br /> three, bus stops on Great Neck Road North. <br /> 10.2.6 Personnel Committee - Mr. Paxton said there had been <br /> no meeting, however, Dr. DeMoura infon ed the <br /> Committee there Will be a Job Fair at Upper Cape Tech <br /> on April 4, 1998. Details will be forthcoming. <br /> 10.2.7 Boosters Club - Mrs. Lynch thanked those who <br /> worked on this past weekend's event and noted that <br />
